Dr. Carolyn M. Wong, Optometrist

Dr. Carolyn Wong was born and raised in Arizona. She received her Bachelor of Science degree at University of Arizona and her Doctor of Optometry from Southern California College of Optometry. She has been in practice for over 26 years at this office. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, Los Angeles County Optometric Society, and West L.A. Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Grace K. Wong

Dr. Grace Wong (not related to Dr. Carolyn Wong if you wonder) immigrated from Hong Kong to Guam in 1979. She moved to California for undergraduate study at University of California-Irvine. Upon graduation, she continued her education at Southern California College of Optometry and graduated in 1995. She has been practicing over twelve years now and been at this office for eleven years. Dr. Wong is a member of American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, Los Angeles County Optometric Society, and Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society. She speaks cantonese fluently and understands mandarin well enough.

Jackellin (Jacky by short) is from El Salvador. She speaks spanish and english fluently. She successfully obtained her optician certificate in 2005. She is excellent in frame selection and choosing materials best to your needs. She has been with us over 7 years now.

Wei is from Shanghai, China. She has been with us for over 2 years now. Now, she is an efficient front desk clerk. She speaks mandarin fluently.

Lauren is an UC-Riverside undergraduate student that work part-time at the office. She is from the beautiful Hawaii. She is planning to attend optometry school in year 2009. Besides making some extra cash, she is getting the "secrets" of a success practice from both Dr. Wongs.

And we welcome our new staff, Yesenia. She is born and raised here in Los Angeles. She is training to be an optometric assistant. She is fluent in Spanish.
